We’re a couple weeks into January, and how many of you have kept your resolution so far? I know I’ve been having a tough time, especially since I spent my weekend in Cabo… but it’s a work in progress! Diet is a crucial part of feeling good and staying in shape. It’s so important to eat the right foods that are nutritious for you; I’ve been doing my best to cook often instead of going out to eat and I thought I’d share five of my favorite healthy recipes to wake up to. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so make sure you spend some time every morning to eat healthy and start your day on the right track.
