Work To Play Hair Styles

hair

After the lovely artists at Wella Professionals colored my hair, they showed me some quick and simple ways to style my hair. In order to liven up my hair, Wella’s professional stylist Michael Haase gave me a little haircut and worked in some Elements and LuxeOil products to repair and nurture my hair. The LuxeOil made my hair feel instantly softer; so much so that I had to keep it for myself!

After Michael washed my hair, he used some Elements Leave-In Conditioner and a Keratin Boost before doing anything else. These sprays are excellent for protecting your hair from any styling or heat it’s about to endure. I instantly noticed how much softer my hair felt compared to my usual routine. According to Michael, if you have damaged hair, the Wella shampoo and conditioners are free of the parabens and sulphites that are added to most washing treatments, and that’s what hurts your hair.

Once Michael gave me a gorgeous blowout that added so much volume and depth to my hair, it was time for him to show me some of the coolest new trends in hairstyles. What I loved was how easy they made it for me to take a hairstyle I can wear to meetings or during the day running errands, to a hairstyle that I can wear out for dinner or on a night out. When Wella’s Top Arist Michael Haase was discussing what types of hairstyles I like, we came to the conclusion that it would be awesome to learn more about how to achieve that messy, undone look because it’s a huge trend right now.

First, Michael showed me how to create a fast, chic chignon. He made my hair smooth and silky with the LuxeOil Elixir, so that my hair was easy to work with. Michael stressed how an updo doesn’t have to be perfect, with every strand of hair in its place. The hairstyle he gave me was classy and sophisticated, and you won’t believe how little time it took! It was fit for the pages of ELLE Magazine for sure!

From this look, he turned my hair into a pretty little braid. Braids don’t have to be a hairstyle for a little girl; Michael shows me how to mess it up a little bit and make it modern. Lastly, he took that braid and rolled it into a side bun, which is such a popular hairstyle for all types of events. Be sure to watch the videos below or on the video section of my blog and see how you can achieve these gorgeous hairstyles within minutes!

It’s so nice to be armed with a couple of very fast hairstyles for those days where you want to look presentable, but maybe woke up a few minutes late or you’re not feeling your best. I’m so thankful to Michael from Wella Professionals for showing me these amazing looks!
