I know many of you requested for a sweat proof and waterproof makeup tutorial, so I decided to film one for my Five Minute Friday series! I just wanted to cover as much as I could about my sweat proof routine. For this post, I listed alternatives that wasn’t mentioned in my tutorial; these products are some of my recommendations, and they’ve definitely proved to be long-lasting even after sweating. Summer is definitely the season for the beaches and outdoor activities, so it’s important to use products that say “waterproof” to ensure all-day wear.
If your makeup is layered too much and looks cake-y, it’ll melt faster while you’re underneath the sun. So make sure you use a light hand when applying your foundation; you can still look great by using minimal amounts of makeup. Remember, less is definitely more in this case! And of course, be sure to wear sunscreen underneath the makeup so you’re protected from the harmful UV rays.
