Hi loves, you might remember a few weeks ago that I did a Subscriber Makeover with one of my friends Theodore Leaf! (If you haven’t seen the video yet, you can check it out here!) Well I also did a video with him on his channel on how to make smoothie bowls for healthy, glowing skin and I loved the video so much I wanted to share it with you! Seriously, I’ve started using these smoothie bowl recipes to make a healthy, yummy breakfasts in the morning and it has been amazing! Check out some of Theodore’s recipes and videos below! Chocolate Brownie Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Okay, so I had my doubts that this could actually be healthy, but there’s actually a ton of great stuff in here! The secret ingredient is a collagen protein powder!
¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp. Cacao powder
1 spoonful of all natural peanut butter
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ -1 banana
2 scoops of Collagen Whey
A few cubes of ice
Blend and pour in a bowl. Add whatever toppings you like! We used oats, banana, and coconut!
Green Smoothie Bowl
¾ cup Kefir
3 spoonfuls of yogurt
1 tsp. Matcha powder
1 cup of leafy greens like spinach or kale
1 tbsp. Chia seeds
1 tbsp. Green superfood protein powder
Blend and add toppings, like goji berries and sliced almonds!

Berry Smoothie Bowl
This one is most like your traditional smoothie! It’s so delicious!
¾ cup frozen raspberries
A handful of frozen cherries
Kefir
Yogurt
A spoonful of bee pollen
1 scoop of protein powder
1 tbsp. Hemp seeds
1 tbsp. Pomegranate powder
Blend and add toppings! We added nuts like pistachios to counter the natural sweetness of the smoothie!
Of course all these smoothies can be poured in a bowl with toppings like we did in the video, or you can drink them like a regular smoothie to take on the go! There are also tons of variations for each smoothie bowl recipe that you can do to suit your own tastes, preferences, and diet!

My go to breakfast is oatmeal with some milk and yogurt and a teaspoon of honey. Keep it in the fridge all night, and I add some fresh fruits on top.
I will prepare those smoothies at night and blend it in the morning, like he said. ?

These look so yummy! I’ve never tried making a smoothie bowl, I guess it has to change :) I usually have a regular smoothie, but not as breakfast because that wouldn’t fill me up. My favourite breakfast is homemade granola with seasonal fruits and organic peanut butter. So healthy and delicious!

I usually made strawberry smoothie it’s my favorite one. ? In Asia, specifically in Pakistan there is a different trend of breakfast. We have egg, bread or paratha and tea or milk. But majority of the people do take tea in their breakfast.

My favorite on the go breakfast is a smoothie, I use almonds, pecans, banana, blueberries, whey protein and coconut milk with a little bit of honey! It keeps me full and full of energy!
