The Best Cheap Makeup At The Drugstore

The Best Cheap Makeup At The Drugstore

Awhile back I did an entire Drugstore Makeup Week on my channel and you seemed to love it, so in today’s post I’m showing you the best cheap makeup at the drugstore! There are so many amazing makeup products at the drugstore that are affordable and have great quality. These are some of my holy grail makeup products, and the best part is that everything is under ten dollars. I also filmed a video showing you everything mentioned in this post, so if you’d like to hear more about each product you can watch the video on my channel!

1. Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation ($7.99)

You probably already know that the Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation is my favorite drugstore foundation ever because of how many times I’ve mentioned it. This foundation has medium to full coverage, which is perfect if you have a bit of redness or acne. It leaves the most beautiful finish on the skin and doesn’t break me out. This foundation lasts all day without making my skin look oily, and I seriously can’t rave enough about it! I have the shade 230 and it matches me perfectly. If you haven’t tried it you definitely need to!

2. Covergirl Professional Loose Powder ($6.49)

My obsession with the La Mer Translucent Loose Powder is definitely apparent if you’ve been watching any of my videos lately, but it is pretty pricey. The Covergirl Professional Loose Powder is definitely comparable when it comes to drugstore setting products. It doesn’t have the same blurring effect that the La Mer does, but it is amazing for setting your foundation and keeping your makeup in tact all day. It also leaves the skin with a beautiful matte but skin like finish. This is hands down the best loose powder I’ve ever tried at the drugstore!

3. Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer ($10-14.99)

Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer

Photo: Physicians Formula

This is another product that I could not live without! The Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer is my favorite bronzer of all time from the drugstore. It reminds me so much of my holy grail Chanel bronzer because of it’s rich and buttery consistency. It seriously blends like a dream! This product is great for light to medium skin tones, and I found it to be the most affordable at Rite Aid and on Amazon, but you can also purchase it at Target or Ulta for around twelve to fifteen dollars.

4. NYX Wonder Stick ($10.65)

This product reminds me so much of the KKW Beauty Contour Sticks, but it’s way more affordable. I absolutely love this cream contour stick! It’s extremely blendable and is the perfect size for defining your features. (Especially around the nose!) This product is so flattering and is perfect if you have a light to medium skin tone.

5. Maybelline Master Chrome Highlighter ($7.99)

Photo: Maybelline

This is the most stunning highlighter money can buy at the drugstore! It has such intense pigmentation and looks so beautiful on the skin. I have the shade Molten Gold and it has the prettiest yellow and champagne undertones that make it so unique! It’s such a gorgeous color for light to medium skin tones, and if you don’t already own this, you definitely need to try it!

6. e.l.f. Instant Brow Lift Pencil ($1.99)

If you’re sick of spending twenty dollars or more on a good quality brow pencil you need to try this one! The e.l.f. Instant Brow Lift Pencil is probably my favorite eyebrow product from the drugstore that I’ve ever tried. It was recommended to me so many times in the comments during Drugstore Makeup Week, and since I bought it I’ve been hooked. I have the shade Taupe and it’s matches my brows perfectly! Plus, it’s only two dollars which is such a steal!

7. Milani Baked Blush ($6.99)

I honestly love Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso more than most of my high end blushes. The color is so similar to NARS Orgasm and has the prettiest sheen when applied to the skin. I typically always use matte blush but this product is an exception. The shimmer is so fine and gives the most radiant healthy glow to the face! This particular shade is perfect for everyday, and in my opinion has the best formula at the drugstore.

8. L’Oreal Voluminous Mascara ($5.89)

This mascara is gives your lashes tons of volume and the intense black color adds so much drama to your look! It’s such an amazing drugstore mascara, the only downside I would say is that after eight or more hours it can get a bit flakey. However, with how amazing this mascara is otherwise I can easily look past it!

9. Rimmel Scandaleyes Mascara ($5.47)

The Rimmel Scandaleyes Mascara is another great drugstore mascara that gives tons of volume to your lashes! This formula isn’t flakey and won’t clump up when applying several coats. It does have a thicker wand than the L’Oreal mascara, but it works just as amazing! It’s definitely one of my all time favorite mascaras for under ten dollars!

10. Revlon Super Lustrous Lipgloss ($5.99)

I thought finding a good quality lipgloss at the drugstore that wouldn’t make my lips stick together was a lost cause, until I tried this one! The Revlon Super Lustrous Lipgloss is so comfortable on the lips and literally feels like you’re wearing a lip balm. I have the shade Snow Pink and it has the prettiest light reflecting shine!

11. Milani Color Statement Lipstick ($2.99)

The Milani Color Statement Lipstick is my current favorite lipstick formula from the drugstore by far. The packaging is super cute, I love the mirrored look. These lipsticks also have such a lightweight formula. It’s such a comfortable lip product and the color lasts all day! There are also so many colors to choose from, you’re sure to find your perfect shade.

12. Maybelline Vivid Matte Liquid Lipstick ($5.99)

This is another product I haven’t been able to stop raving about for months! The Maybelline Vivid Matte Liquid Lipstick is the best liquid lipstick at the drugstore in my opinion. The color is so intense and the formula won’t dry out your lips! I love wearing the shade Coffee Buzz especially in the fall, it’s a gorgeous wine red with a hint of brown that looks absolutely stunning with minimal eye makeup.

I hope you enjoyed this post on the best cheap makeup at the drugstore. These are seriously some of my favorite products of all time and I love how affordable they are! Leave a comment below sharing your holy grail drugstore product.

I love this post seeing as I’m always looking for the best products at the drugstore, student life means less time at selfridges ?? I absolutely love the Maybelline foundation and am yet to try their lipsticks! In terms of mascara, you HAVE to try out the Loreal False Lash Superstar mascara, it’s absolutely amazing and I havent reached for any other mascara since I tried it! The Maybelline highlighter is always sold out whenever I try to grab it :( but I won’t give up ? and I’m dying to try the Physicians Formula Bronzer, I’ve seen you use it in a few days and it looks gorgeous x

I have no tried the Cover Girl loose power! I’m definitely going to have to check that out. I know that the smell is very pungent with the Airspun, but that’s deffinetly another drug store loose powder that I love. With all of the other products you mention I agree 100%! I love your channel and blogs. They’ve been a cute token of blessing in my life. :)

Wow! Thank you so much for this blog post. I’ve been wanting to invest in a drugstore contour stick for the longest time, specially because I remember you saying how easy they are to apply & blend in one of your tutorials. I will make sure to grab that next time i stop by the drugstore. Btw youre right about the L’oreal volumimous mascara, it really lengthes your lashes. All these products are awesome!! Thank you sona! #24HourClub

I find them all to pricey for me. These are a great buy I can afford. Ha. Thanks for all your videos, blogs, posts, etc. love you and your opinions do matter

Love this post. My HG drug store product is definitely L’Oreal Paris Infallible Pro Glow Foundation. It lasts all day and gives me a nice healthy looking coverage of foundation without making me look too matte. And I tried the wonder stick after the last time you mentioned it and it’s pretty nice. Very creamy and blendable. Not a fan of the highlight side but the contour side is amazing! ??❤️#snapchatfam

  • ReplyAnaKarinaNovember 1, 2017 at 7:42 am

I can’t believe I haven’t tried the Maybelline Fit Me foundation yet, I’ll confess I am a mess at finding the right shade. Any advice?? Also I NEED to find a way to get my hands on that highlighter, I really hope it’s available in Portugal ????

  • ReplyDenaNovember 2, 2017 at 9:49 am

My favorite drugstore products are the L’Oreal Infallible eye liner in Slate. It’s not as harsh as black and stays on all day long! Also Revlon Kiss Balm. It’s a tinted lip balm with SPF. Next time I need bronzer I am definitely getting the PF butter bronzer!

  • ReplySafia QammarNovember 3, 2017 at 12:56 am

    Love all of these.
My holy grail drugstore product is “Rimmel natural bronzer” . It suits my skin tone so well and i use it as my transition shade.

  • ReplyDragana PerovicNovember 22, 2017 at 12:37 pm

It is always very rewarding and satisfying to find some great picks that don’t break the bank! I cannot buy Milani in Serbia, and I would love to try their lipstick, blushes and 2 in 1 foundation. My drugstore faves are pretty much all Loreal mascaras, Rimmel setting powder, Nyx prismatic eyeshadows, Nyx lip liners, Makeup Revolution highlighters, Essence gel liner and brow gel :)

  • ReplyMiriamof1November 28, 2017 at 3:03 pm
